Barinoff Baileys Syrup
30 ml
Water

Topping Barinoff Cherry
100 ml
Chocolate Cupcake
2 pcs
Cream 33%
200 g
Mascarpone
230 g
Frozen cherries
300 g
Powdered sugar
50g
Preparation method:
1. Cream preparation: whisk cream, mascarpone and powdered sugar using a mixer
2. Preparation of the impregnation: mix 30 ml of syrup with water and mix well
3. Making a cupcake: cut it into three pieces
4. Cooking cherries: defrost them and drain the juice
5. Formation of the trifle in layers:
- put one part of the cake, pour the impregnation
- add the topping
- sprinkle with cherries
- apply a layer of cream
6. Repeat the layers two more times
7. Decorate the top with cherries
