Preparation method:

1. Cream preparation: whisk cream, mascarpone and powdered sugar using a mixer

2. Preparation of the impregnation: mix 30 ml of syrup with water and mix well

3. Making a cupcake: cut it into three pieces

4. Cooking cherries: defrost them and drain the juice

5. Formation of the trifle in layers:

  •  put one part of the cake, pour the impregnation
  • add the topping
  • sprinkle with cherries
  • apply a layer of cream

6. Repeat the layers two more times

7. Decorate the top with cherries
