Barinoff Mojito Syrup

Barinoff Mint Syrup
45 ml
Barinoff Strawberry Topping
100 ml
Water

Vanilla sponge cake

Cream 33%
200 g
Mascarpone
230 g
Powdered sugar
30 g
Thickener for cream
10 g
Fresh mint (for decoration)

Preparation method:
- Cream preparation: Whisk cream, mascarpone, powdered sugar, thickener and mint syrup using a mixer
- Preparation of the impregnation: mix the Mojito syrup with water and mix well
- Making a sponge cake: take a glass and cut out 6 circles
- Preparation of nuts: finely chop them to taste
- Formation of the trifle in layers:
- put one circle of sponge cake, pour the impregnation
- add the topping
- apply a layer of cream
6. Repeat the layers two more times
7. Top with topping and garnish with mint
