Preparation method:
  1. Cream preparation: Whisk cream, mascarpone, powdered sugar, thickener and mint syrup using a mixer
  2. Preparation of the impregnation: mix the Mojito syrup with water and mix well
  3. Making a sponge cake: take a glass and cut out 6 circles
  4. Preparation of nuts: finely chop them to taste
  5.  Formation of the trifle in layers:
  • put one circle of sponge cake, pour the impregnation
  • add the topping
  • apply a layer of cream

6. Repeat the layers two more times

7. Top with topping and garnish with mint
