Preparation method:

Take a pancake and spread it with ricotta
Place the kiwi and peach slices in the middle and wrap the pancake in a tight roll
Cut it in half
Repeat the same with the second pancake.
Drizzle with Kiwi and Peach toppings
Garnish with slices of kiwi and peach
