Preparation method:

- Cream preparation: whisk cream, mascarpone and 90 ml of passion fruit topping using a mixer
- Lay out the cake in layers:
- Repeat the layers 6 times
- Cover the cake with a pancake
- Top with cream, passion fruit, fresh raspberries and sprinkle with passion fruit topping
