Ingredients:
Barinoff Syrup Watermelon
200 ml
Sparkling water
150 ml
Ice
100 g
Lime
30 g
Mint
7 g
Watermelon pulp
110 g
Preparation method:
- Take a shaker
- Fill it with all ingredients except sparkling water
- Muddle all ingredients
- Add ice
- Shake in a shaker carefully
- Pour through a strainer into a serving glass with ice
- Add sparkling water and stir
- Garnish with a watermelon slice and fresh mint
