Barinoff Syrup Peach
20 ml
Pasteurized egg white
30 ml
Orange chip
1 pcs
Fresh lime
70 g
Preparation method:
Shake + Strain Method
- Put a lime into a shaker and muddle
- Add all ingredients except orange chip
- Shake well in a shaker
- Add ice
- Shake well again
- Pour through a stainer into the chilled serving glass
- Garnish with orange chips
