The basis of Barinoff is Lingonberry

Barinoff Orange Juice
200 ml
Croissant

Camembert
30 g
Cottage cheese
15 g
Pine nuts
5 g
Preparation method:
- Cut the croissant in half
- Spread half of the curd cheese
- Top with a lingonberry base
- Cut the camembert and put it on a croissant
- Pour over the lingonberry base
- Sprinkle with pine nuts
- Serve with orange juice
