Non-alcoholic mulled wine “Winter Romance”
Barinoff grape juice alcohol-free mulled wine recipe
Mulled wine is the oldest drink. The history of its creation takes us two thousand years ago to ancient Rome: it is believed that it was the Romans who first thought of mixing wine with spices and warming it up.
After the fall of the Roman Empire, the recipe was forgotten for centuries. Only in Europe of the XVII century, famous for its vineyards, people again began to prepare this hot alcoholic cocktail, giving it a name – mulled wine. Winemakers with enviable success spread the recipe for mulled wine, but even then it became clear that it was quite possible to make it. Alcohol-free mulled wine tastes and aromas as good as the classic, easily made at home with Barinoff’s natural grape juice.
Let’s try?!
Nota bene: Do not cook mulled wine in aluminum dishes, otherwise an extraneous taste may appear in the drink.
