Maslenitsa is in town! Barinoff has become a partner of the “Pancake Traditions of Russia” festival.

On February 21st, Mytishchi’s “Park Mira” hosted a vibrant city festival in honor of Maslenitsa, and Barinoff became an integral part of it. Barinoff partnered with the 1st International Festival “Culinary Cultures of the World” – “Pancake Traditions of Russia.” The event, organized by the International Alliance of Professional Chefs with the support of the city administration, brought together lovers of folk traditions and culinary discoveries.

The focus, of course, was on pancakes—true masterpieces from our chefs. The chefs showcased the richness of Russian cuisine, preparing blini using recipes from across the country, from the northern to the southern regions.

Barinoff toppings added a special touch to the flavor palette. They harmoniously complemented classic and unusual blini variations, allowing festival guests to experience familiar flavors in a new way. Visitors enjoyed trying the combinations and noted that Barinoff products fit perfectly into the atmosphere of the folk festival. A culinary quiz was also held during the festival, where many visitors received Barinoff toppings as prizes.
