Barinoff toppings are the perfect complement to desserts, coffee drinks, and cocktails. Their dense consistency makes them ideal for decorating complex confections. Sweet and thick, they have the rich aroma of sweet wild berries.
Wild berries are smaller, but more aromatic and tart than garden berries. They contain a higher concentration of vitamins and nutrients.
Sugar, drinking water, quick-frozen strawberries and raspberries, blackcurrant puree, concentrated blackcurrant juice, acidity regulator – tartaric acid, flavorings (contains colors: azorubin, ponceau 4R), thickener – pectin, preservatives – potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate.
Shelf life: 12 months from date of manufacture.
Storage conditions: Store at temperatures from 0ºC to +25ºC and relative humidity no more than 75%. After opening, store the topping at temperatures from 0ºC to +25ºC for no more than 60 days.
