The pistachios are harvested at night or early in the morning: when exposed to sunlight, the pistachios release essential oils that can cause dizziness in the harvesters.
Sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, drinking water, nut kernel paste (sunflower, pistachio), salt, thickeners – pectin, citrus fiber, flavoring, acidity regulator – citric acid, preservatives – potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, colors – titanium dioxide, brilliant blue FCF, tartrazine.
Shelf life: 12 months from date of manufacture.
Storage conditions: Store at temperatures from 0ºC to +25ºC and relative humidity no more than 75%. After opening, store the topping at temperatures from 0ºC to +25ºC for no more than 60 days.
