Barinoff toppings are the perfect complement to desserts, coffee drinks, and cocktails. Their dense consistency makes them ideal for decorating complex confections. Barinoff’s maple topping has a rich maple syrup flavor.
Winged seeds (“helicopter seeds”) are the maple tree’s signature feature. They ripen in pairs, then separate and fly long distances as they spin in the air. The scientific name for these seeds is samara.
Sugar, drinking water, concentrated juices (grape, apple), flavorings, thickener – pectin, color – E150d, preservatives – potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate.
Shelf life: 12 months from date of manufacture.
Storage conditions: Store at temperatures from 0ºC to +25ºC and relative humidity no more than 75%. After opening, store the topping at temperatures from 0ºC to +25ºC for no more than 60 days.
