Barinoff toppings are the perfect complement to desserts, coffee drinks, and cocktails. Their dense consistency makes them a wonderful garnish for exquisite pastries. The chocolate topping is a rich, chestnut-colored sauce with a rich aroma of cocoa and milk.
The darker the chocolate, the more complex the flavor. Dark chocolate contains more cocoa solids (40% and above), meaning it more fully reveals complex notes: from fruity and floral to woody and spicy.
Sugar, drinking water, whole condensed milk with sugar (normalized milk, sucrose, lactose), cocoa powder, instant chicory, dry cream, thickener – pectin, color – E 150d, salt, flavoring, acidity regulator – citric acid, preservatives – potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate.
Shelf life: 12 months from date of manufacture.
Storage conditions: Store at temperatures from 0ºC to +25ºC and relative humidity no more than 75%. After opening, store the topping at temperatures from +0ºC to +25ºC for no more than 60 days.
