Bubble Gum’s pink color is no coincidence. Originally, the gum was gray, but pink dye was later added because it was the only dye the developers had on hand – and this color has become the industry standard.
Sugar, drinking water, whole condensed milk with sugar (normalized milk, sucrose, lactose), dry milk cream, complex food additive “Neutral emulsion” (stabilizers: E414, E445; terpenes, antioxidant E320), flavorings, thickener – pectin, acidity regulator – citric acid, preservatives – potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, colors – allura red AC, brilliant blue FCF.
Shelf life: 12 months from date of manufacture.
Storage conditions: Store at temperatures from 0ºC to +25ºC and relative humidity no more than 75%. After opening, store the topping at temperatures from +0ºC to +25ºC for no more than 60 days.
