Preparation method:

1. Cream preparation: Whisk cream, ricotta and powdered sugar using a mixer

2. Preparation of the impregnation: mix 30 ml of syrup with water and mix well

3. Making a cupcake: cut it into three pieces

4. Preparation of tangerines: peel and slice

5. Formation of the trifle in layers:

  • put one part of the cake, pour the impregnation
  • add the topping
  • Sprinkle with tangerine slices

6. Repeat the layers two more times

7. Garnish the top with a whole peeled tangerine
