Non-alcoholic Blackberry Syringe
Ingredients:
Barinoff Blackberry Syrup
80 ml
Coconut chips (to decorate a glass)
10 g
Preparation method:
- Decorate the glass. Pour 50 ml of syrup into one saucer, and pour the coconut chips into the other. Dip the glass first in the syrup, then in the coconut chips.
- Pour the champagne into a glass
- Pour in 30 ml of syrup
- Mix them together
- Garnish with blackberries on a skewer
