Preparation method:
  1. Cookie preparation: crumble into small crumbs
  2. Banana preparation: cut the banana into circles or cubes
  3. Forming the breakfast in layers:
    • put half of the cookies ,
    • add the chopped banana ,
    • sprinkle with cottage cheese ,
    • pour over the concentrate
  4. Repeat the layer again
  5. Garnish with a sprig of mint
  6. Serve with orange juice
