Breakfast with chia and peach topping

                                    A sprig of fresh mint (for decoration)

                    Preparation method:
                    
                         
- Pour the chia seeds into a glass and pour over the yogurt, mix thoroughly and leave for at least 30 minutes, preferably for 4 hours or even overnight
 
- Place the yogurt and chia seeds in a serving glass
 
- Pour the peach topping over the top
 
- Garnish with a sprig of mint
