Preparation method:
  1. Pour the chia seeds into a glass and pour over the yogurt, mix thoroughly and leave for at least 30 minutes, preferably for 4 hours or even overnight
  2. Place the yogurt and chia seeds in a serving glass
  3. Pour the peach topping over the top
  4. Garnish with a sprig of mint
